Service Scope

Gharko Sahara provides non-medical personal assistance, technical support, and errand services. We are not a medical provider or emergency response service. Our team assists with digital technology, bill payments, shopping, and general household errand management.

Access & Safety

Clients (or their legal guardians) must provide safe access to the premises at scheduled times. We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe or hostile environments. Safety of our team members is paramount and non-negotiable.

Liability

While we take the utmost care, Gharko Sahara is not liable for:

  • Hardware failure on client devices
  • Data loss on third-party applications (Gmail, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Service delays caused by third-party utility providers (NEA, KUKL, etc.)
  • Internet connectivity issues beyond our control

Financials

Gharko Sahara does not handle large cash amounts or ATM PINs. All utility payments are processed via pre-approved digital wallets or invoiced directly to the subscriber. This policy is in place for security and transparency.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling home visits. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice may incur a service fee.

Data Protection

Your personal information is protected and will only be used for service delivery. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data handling.
